*CSLA Southern Section Presents the Joyce Valenza Webinar 1/23/10 at 10am! Pre-register at: http://bit.ly/jv_webinar *

What Web 2.0 tool(s) have you used and how has it (have they) impacted student learning?

(complete before, during, and/or after webinar)

The web 2.0 tools I use are mainly for personal use and I'd like to translate that to help impact student learning. Many of the tools I use are geared to help me keep organized and abreast of the library world, things such as RSS feeds, delicious links, tweets. I also use iGoogle (learned from David Loertscher as an undergrad) to keep a page of frequently used and accessed items.

There are so many things out there though that can be experimented with and so much available that can create that spark with students. Engaging them with web 2.0 tools and knowing that there is a significant change in how they come to understand a subject or topic is as important as knowing which tools there are to deploy.

How have you implemented any of Dr. Valenza's Top Tools?

(complete during and/or after webinar)
